I'll never forget the day I picked my first partner Pokemon. My mom surprised me with Pokemon Blue version and I was the happiest an 8year old could be. while all my friends had gameboy pockets and colors, I popped my blue version into my brick gameboy and started on my adventure. Professor Oak asked me to pick a starter pokemon and I chose Squirtle and never looked back.
This set celebrates some of our favorite starter Pokémon, giving us a chance to pull either the Kanto, Sinnoh or Alola. I know what you are probably thinking, "but what about the other starters?" Right now this is labeled series 1 and we will be getting more first partner sets in the near future feature the other starter pokemon.
